Fashion Week is Approaching! Houses are without creative directors, the internet is active, the streets are filling, the pop-ups and sample sales and sales encroaching.

As I consider how these paid posts can be used (and to lure more of you to pay :) ) I’ve had the idea of incorporating weekly roundups of the shows from that week for each fashion week. Since this is a commitment, I’ve decided to allow you to decide.

• I tried on a similar pant to the Evan Kinori Elastic Olive Pant at Kinori’s gallery space in New York last month and they were sublime. While I admired their cut and comfort I stared down the giant vintage loom that had woven them. A worthy investment.

• Indian Motorcycles Leather Biker Jacket with the most gorgeous patina.

• 1979 Levi’s 646 Bellbottom Denim. I love the illusion that flares and bellbottoms are somehow Summer appropriate because of their cut.

• On that note, the 00s Cavalli Faded Relaxed Jeans.
